Your service request will be prioritised according to its urgency, for example:
- Lockouts and door lock failures we aim to respond within 24 hours (on working days)
- Leaks will be prioritised depending on the weather
- Less urgent requests will be dealt with as soon as we can
- Glass replacements can take up to 6 weeks to arrive (misted or blown units)
Seasonal inclement weather may delay our response times.
